New large doors on shed

Hello to all our readers! Team Joyce have been so busy, not horsing around but up grading our truck shed. It has taken 4 solid days of hard work and all could not have been completed without the expertise and help of my wonderful dad John. He is amazing, there is nothing he cannot fix or make from scratch! My dad has always loved helping us out on the farm fixing everything that is broken and making it new and workable again. Truly he is a fix it dream! Dad came up with mum of course to weld together two very large doors for what we call Jordan’s shed. Now its Jordan’s shed because Jordan Tiffany’s better half put together our shed, it is a huge shed, measures approximately 4.3m high and 21 feet long and 12 feet wide so it is massive and all to protect the Beast our truck and to give extra shelter near the stables. Now Jordan was the brave one who screwed all the roofing sheets down, no-one else wanted that job but he did it and it helped us immensely, hence why its named Jordan’s shed! Now dad was a little shocked when we said we were hoping to make two doors that could swing out onto the arena, 2.3m high and 14 feet wide. Anyway Wes brought all the things needed from Jumbunna Engineering who may I also say are fantastic when it comes to customer service and interest in your personal job at hand. They help with ideas and make great suggestions in regards to the best material to use. The two doors are constructed and work a treat!

Thanks must go to my dad, John for all your handy work , Les from Jumbunna Engineering and of course the person who came up with the idea and design Wesley. Thanks mum  it was so nice to spend 4 days cooking ,getting water for the stock and internet searching!

All home made but what great self satisfaction we can make it all ourselves. Slow but getting there. Only a clamp to keep the doors shut for now and the very top still needs the laser light sheeting, next job!
