Wes and I drove to meet with Grace Tregear the Winner for September in Guessing closest to Volta’s weight competition. Grace has supported Watch Volta Grow since we started with our first competition back in March 2012. It was so nice to award her with a bag and bucket full of prizes to say a huge Thanks for all her support and interest in Oaks Volta.
Wes and I sat down and had a chat with Grace and asked her some questions. Grace works for Mr Laurie Lever at Somerville. The stud is called Treehaven Equestrian Centre. Grace said ,” I’ve worked for Laurie Lever for 13 months. My most favourite horse is Black Caviar because she’s just such an amazing horse.” We asked what Grace loves most about her job? , she said “Just being around horses all day”. Do you ride Grace?,” Yeah I ride just for fun right at the moment”.What Certificates do you have?,” I have Cert 3- Agriculture in horses breeding ’08.”What do you hope for in the future?, “To go overseas and work somewhere.”What is your favourite colour ?,” Blue” What is your favourite pet? ,”My Ragdoll cat and my Chihuahua.” What is her favourite food? .” I love SUSHI!” What is your favourite drink?,” I love lemon lime and soda.”
