We had asked ourselves many questions before today – we hoped to have some answers after he jumped the course will he have enough scope? Team Joyce went to the Boneo Park monthly Showjumping competition held over the weekend. We left Friday afternoon to meet Tiffany who was driving from University to have a ride on Rhonda . I had a fantastic day on Sunday with Lily. Wes and Tiffany stood ring side for the 65 & 85cm to help me compete. We all got a little bit wet but I think I was the only one who was not so cold. Lily jumped clean in both rounds of the 65cm class placing 4th I enjoyed sharing my elation with other mums also chuffed about getting around successfully. The 85cm looked big to me but obviously not to Lily as she just looked at each fence and jumped , we made the jump off again and had one rail in the combination to place 6th. It was so wonderful having a few friends cheer & clap for Lil and I what a weekend. The day was over but I tell you it will never be forgotten. The joy one can get from self satisfaction is enormous. Team Joyce had a great time together horsing around in all different levels , its great to say we thoroughly enjoy everything about horses no matter where you stand or what standard you are. Good on you if you love what you do we are all conquerors !
