Team Joyce had a really nice weekend at Boneo Park ….it was a very good indication on how our horses are travelling. We are looking forward the Australian Showjumping Championships next week. The horses settled in easily , Oaks Volta laid down to rest in the warm comfy stable. It is so wonderful being able to drive in park the truck and plug into power and water.

Friday morning Oaks Volta started in his fifth ever showjumping class the Open 1.15m . With 1 rail Wes is stoked he jumped magnificently.

Woo hoo super clean magnificent round ready for a start in Mini Prix tomorrow
We were up and early Sunday morning ready to take Oaks Volta in the Open 1.10m. He jumped a lovely clean round. Only a prop & spook approaching second last fence ring side thinking the huge red python which was a fire hydrant hose resulted in 4 faults …..oh well thats young horses. Wes feels Volta is ready to go for next week in the Emerald Series at the Australian Showjumping Championships.

LH Johnny jumped wonderful in Mini Prix,’with fences ranging in heights from 1.30-1.40mTeam Joyce were very pleased with his efforts only 2 rails. Tiffany is feeling very keen for the Future Stars event next Saturday at the Australian Showjumping Championships.
