Handsome stallion Oaks Volta

Oaks Volta jumped superbly in fact he totally shocked us all. Team Joyce are so keen to start the showjumping season with our handsome stallion Oaks Volta. We have waited patiently for 4 half years to begin a journey we hope will be a successful one. ‘ he placed a credible 2nd out of a strong field of 50 horses at the Geelong Showjumping Event.

Volta has been unplaced at every outing so far are we just lucky?

This is the first show of the season for Volta. Wes is aiming for the Bronze Title class at the Australian Showjumping Championships in September. Team Joyce hope to attend Sale & Boneo before then so hopefully six outings will be enough for our young man to debut at the Aussie Showjumping Titles ? Stay tuned for more updates……will be a very interesting journey

Team Joyce decided to keep Oaks Volta on the truck at all times while we tacked up LH Johnny. Tiffany was so keen to give him his first start for the season in the Open 1.15m Speed. They have set a goal and that is to compete in the Mini Prix at Boneo and the Future Stars event at the Australian Showjumping Championships. These are two big classes and they will be an eye opener for them both but every body needs to have aims and this is what Team Joyce are heading for in September. So stay tuned for more updates and we shall inform you of how they are going.

Tiffany and LH Johnny finsihed just out of the placing today so no ribbon but a super tidy clean round is a fantastic result.
