Within minutes Sarah was mounted and going around the arena with a big smile. She looked so comfy up there on his back. Volta responded willingly to all her requests. Before we knew it Wes was putting up some showjumps. It did not seem to matter what spot they got to Volta was focusing and ready to take off from any distance. Sarah’s position on horse back has always been strong and upright. Even though jumping took a back seat since moving to Wagga Wagga watching her showjump Oaks Volta today proved that she is a very capable and talented all rounder. Wes has always instructed the same thing to his girls. Tempo is very important, keep a good forward consistent tempo.
