July gave us so many wonderful moments that we wanted to share, but one achievement stands above them all.
The safe arrival of triplets from our treasured doe, 90.6% Patona Park Classic Kisses, is undoubtedly the proudest milestone in the history of Lals Haven Goat Stud.
When respected breeder Sue Ludwig entrusted us with Classic Kisses at just six months of age, she wasn’t simply selling us a young doe—she was placing her confidence in our breeding program. We welcomed her with enormous hope and excitement, dreaming of what she might one day contribute to our herd.
Today, those dreams have become reality.
Classic Kisses has produced three beautiful kids—two doelings and one buckling—each a stunning 90.6% Fully DNA Verified pygmy goat, registered with both the Miniature Goat Breeders Association of Australia (MGBA) and the National Pygmy Goat Association of Australia (NPGAA).
For us, this achievement represents years of careful breeding decisions, patience and dedication to producing quality pygmy goats with proven pedigrees.
What does Fully DNA Verified mean?
One aspect of the MGBA registration process that we particularly value is its commitment to genetic verification. Every goat registered with the MGBA must undergo full DNA parent verification before registration is finalised. This means each animal has been genetically tested to confirm that its sire and dam are exactly those recorded on its registration papers, providing confidence in the integrity of every pedigree. Classic Kisses has a whole family tree all fully DNA Verified !!
In addition, every MGBA registered animal is also tested for Myotonia, giving breeders and buyers valuable information about the animal’s genetic status.
These three special kids represent everything we strive for at Lals Haven Goat Stud—quality breeding, proven bloodlines, sound genetics and healthy, well-raised pygmy goats. We couldn’t be prouder of this remarkable trio and look forward to watching them grow and contribute to the future of our breeding program.

It brings tears to our eyes to think that, through years of careful planning and selective breeding, we have now doubled our herd with what we truly believe are the pinnacle of quality pygmy goats.
Our tiny little fighter weighed just 1.0 kg at birth and is now a thriving 2.0 kg.
Her brother and sister weighed 1.8 kg at birth and have already grown to 2.4 kg.
Watching this trio grow stronger every day has been an absolute privilege.
The only word we can find to describe them is…
PERFECTION
