Natasha Dixon and LH Warsaw traveled all the way to the South Australian Showjumping Championships last weekend. What a great success to do so well at such a big competition full of top level riders of all levels. Natasha and her lovely supportive family all went together to support the pair.
Natasha says: The placings were as follows: on the Friday I had the 1.10 then the 1.20 speed class and I came 4th in the 1.10 and I was 1 of only 10 clear rounds in the 1.20, on the second day we had the Junior Speed Class (1.10) and the Junior Grand Prix (1.10-1.20) we came 6th in the Speed and then we came 3rd in the Grand Prix. On the last day we just had the State SA Junior Championship (1.20) and we were so close to winning the class but we just had one down, we ended up coming 4th anyway so I was very pleased we had a great trip !
Team Joyce say: “What a rewarding weekend with only one rail down all show”. Not all shows go like this, in the sport of showjumping one rail is enough to put you right out of the running but sometimes its still enough to gain a place.So Natasha should feel proud of this show and look forward to the next one.
